Administrative Law

Administrative hearings can be adversarial in nature and are conducted according to an entirely different set of evidentiary and procedural rules than a courtroom proceeding, and in a vastly different dispute resolution culture. These differences also apply to the strategies and tactics that must be chosen and used in preparing the case, negotiating settlements, presenting evidence and arguments, and pursuing rights of appeal before the State Office of Administrative Hearings. The firm can guide clients through the administrative process whether it be before the Texas Medical Board, Board of Nursing, Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Board of Dental Examiners or many others.
