Jeff Janota is a civil trial attorney who represents individuals, businesses, consumers, and employees in a broad range of legal disputes and litigation matters. Jeff has represented individuals and small to medium-sized businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants in the following areas: drafting and negotiating of contracts, business torts, real estate disputes, consumer law, design and construction defects, toxic torts, product liability claims and personal injury disputes. Jeff has tried over twenty jury trials to verdict.
Jeff specializes in construction law, commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation representing individual homeowners, developers, design professionals, contractors, and subcontractors in the formation of contracts, business negotiations and liability disputes.
