Erin Westendorf

After practicing medical malpractice (on both sides of the bar) and other civil litigation in Beaumont and Houston, Ms. Westendorf returned to Austin in 2006 and began a solo practice in general civil litigation, including family law, employment law, personal injury and contract disputes. As an associate at Chamberlain ♦ McHaney, Ms. Westendorf handles a wide range of litigation. Ms. Westendorf primarily focuses on insurance defense, defending insured individuals in construction cases, workplace injuries, premises liability, and general negligence cases, as well as defending insurance companies in bad faith cases and prosecuting subrogation cases.  Ms. Westendorf also continues to practice family law (divorce and custody), and is available for medical malpractice defense.
