Catherine Kyle

Catherine Kyle has spent over fifteen years in an active litigation practice, representing employers, governmental entities, corporations and individuals in a wide variety of commercial and civil matters, completing over twenty jury and non-jury trials.  She also served as general counsel for a national private non-profit corporation, providing advice and counsel directly to the CEO and Board of Directors regarding corporate policy, litigation supervision, and general employment matters for seven years. In that capacity, Ms. Kyle developed an expertise in the unique circumstances non-profits face in today's market. Ms. Kyle's representation of employers in employment matters began over ten years ago and translated to the non-profit arena, where she developed employment practices, implemented and administered benefits, and developed and supervised employment policies. She was also responsible for defense of employment claims. Since then, Ms. Kyle has represented both employers and individuals in employment matters. She has also successfully defended several corporations in tort litigations, including products liability and premises defects.
