Amy Welborn

Since being licensed to practice law in 1999, Ms. Welborn has maintained an active trial practice.  She has successfully tried more than a dozen cases throughout the state of Texas.  Ms. Welborn represents financial and insurance professionals in FINRA arbitrations and professional liability matters.  Ms. Welborn’s practice consists of the defense of personal injury, property damage, employment, construction and business litigation cases.  Ms. Welborn also represents professionals, such as doctors, accountants, plumbers in administrative licenses hearings at their respective state administrative agencies.  Ms. Welborn represents both plaintiffs and defendants in employment, Sarbanes Oxley, securities litigation, subrogation, and collections matters.  Ms. Welborn is very active in the Austin Bar Association and Leadership Austin.
